Event, Production and Design Event Coordinator
Molly's passion for working in the Hospitality industry started with her very first job at a bakery in Clifton Park, New York at the age of 16. After realizing the different potential careers the Hospitality industry offers, she became a student at Endicott College in Beverly, Massachusetts in the Hospitality Management Program. While at Endicott she completed three internships. The first was at the Southern Saratoga Chamber of Commerce her Freshman year. The second was at the Hall of Springs in Saratoga, New York. Finally, she completed a six-month internship in Boston, Massachusetts at MFS Investment Management in the Events Department.
Molly received her Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management with a concentration in Events in 2019.
I am quick to assess needs and develop a rapport with clients and work seamlessly with venue staff. Generally, there are three types of clients.
These clients enjoy being part of the planning process and need a “planner’s eye” to direct the vision. They often have vendors in mind. These folks have a clear vision and need a highly organized planner to direct that vision. In our advance planning, I assure the clients are empowered to discuss their vision with their vendors. I frequently review progress with them so on the day of the event, they confidently put their trust in my ability to take the reins so they can relax and enjoy the day.
These folks receive the same attention to detail and feedback. They typically welcome additional guidance with the selection of vendors. Again, I frequently review progress with them so on the day of the event, they confidently put their trust in my ability to take the reins so they can relax and enjoy the day.
Day of Event
These individuals come confidently with “all their ducks in a row” and I execute their plan. I am their “day-of” support person in whom they put their trust in my ability to take the reins so they can relax and enjoy the day.
